Bangkok: Cameroon Minister of Finance, Louis Paul Motaze, engages investors on the country’s Financing Prospects

As part of his activities in Bangkok, Cameroon Minister of Finance, Louis Paul Motaze, organised an investors’ forum focused on Cameroon’s economic and financial situation and outlook. « The objective was to lay the groundwork for mobilising financing from 2027 onwards », stated the ministerial department.
The meeting provided an opportunity for the Minister of Finance to present the country’s economic and financial prospects and seek investors’ support for upcoming financing operations.
Through this engagement, Louis Paul Motaze seeks to sustain dialogue with financial partners and encourage their interest in Cameroon’s financing needs. The initiative aims to prepare the mobilisation of resources required to implement the country’s development priorities.
The forum builds on the Minister of Finance’s meetings in Bangkok. It reflects the Government’s determination to strengthen relations with investors and broaden financing opportunities for the Cameroonian economy.
